Why Our Background Matters

Retirement planning is not just about projections.

It requires judgment across markets, portfolio construction, taxes, liquidity, behavior, and the decisions families face when life changes.

We bring an institutional investment background to personal financial planning — helping clients understand not just what they own, but how each part of their financial life should work together.

The result is a more complete view of retirement: income, investments, taxes, risk, legacy, and real-life decision-making connected into one coordinated plan.

Scott Frank, CAIA™, CPWA®

Scott helps individuals and families connect the pieces of their financial life — before retirement, inheritance, or other major changes expose the gaps.

His clients often come to him during periods of transition: approaching retirement, navigating divorce or widowhood, receiving an inheritance, reaching financial independence, or taking on greater responsibility for family wealth. These are the moments when a financial life that once felt manageable suddenly needs structure.

What sets his perspective apart is that he has seen wealth from nearly every side. In a multi-family office, he spent more than 15 years helping high-net-worth families bring coordination and structure to complex financial lives. As a hedge fund analyst, he traveled globally to evaluate businesses, markets, risk, and capital allocation across full market cycles. And in capital formation, he structured and placed private hedge fund offerings with the private banks that serve wealthy clients — giving him a rare, inside view of how investment products are built, packaged, and sold to people like those he now advises.

Anchored in New York and London for most of his career, he now lives in Arizona.
